We hope you are all keeping well and safe during these unprecedented times due to COVID-19. We are thinking of you all and sending our warmest wishes and look forward to the time when we can all resume a life that will possibly be quite different from the one we had in the last months.
With this in mind we would like to share with you some positive news that we would have been announcing in our newsletter last week … but better late than never!
This month has seen Jemma North promoted to Editor
Jemma has been with the company for over a year now as Junior Editor & Creative Assistant. During this time she has been a truly valued member of the Team, going above and beyond the normal duties expected of her. She is dedicated to her profession and is eager to read the submissions we receive and give honest and constructive feedback with her Editorial Reports.
This month has seen Jade Hannath promoted to Director
Jade has been with the company since 2012 and has worked alongside Daisa all of this time in various roles including Sales & Marketing Manager, Editor, Creative Designer, Brand Licensing Manager and helping to establish the company with her commitment and dedication to building a team of professional people. Jade is perfectly positioned now to take on the role as Director to enable the smooth and continuous running of the company.
Our 17th Birthday – April 10th, 2003
We were planning to have a celebration for our 17th birthday. This will now be postponed to a later date when we will certainly make up for lost time. During the last 17 years we have grown in knowledge, passion, expanded into new Eco premises and now recognised as a professional Independent Publishing House.
Please know that we are all observing government guidelines to help prevent this current virus from spreading, therefore the Team members are self-isolating. Jade and Daisa as Directors will be working from home, accepting, editing and working on submissions.
